Daily notification goes out daily at 7 am - according to the device settings for Time. This is not customizable.
Once a user is a confirmed case of Covid-19. Click on Contact Trace for the algorithm to run to identify the exposures. All exposed users will have an exposed status. Please review the Track and manage Cases on your Campus article to get more information.
This may because there isn't an existing app account. Please ensure that you have created a Campus App account prior to viewing case or else you may have limited access to Contact Trace.
You can send C-19 exposures by going into the Exposure notification menu from the side menu bar. Here send an exposed notification article for more information.
You can download QR codes by going into the QR Codes section on Campus Cloud and printing them.
No, we cannot edit a form that has been published. However, you can republish the form with the modification you'd like to be made.
To duplicate a form please make sure to do the following:
2. Select "Form"
3. Scroll down to the form you would like to duplicate
4. Navigate to the three dots on the Right-hand side of the form's title
5. Select "Duplicate"
