  • It is usually your SSO; if you don't remember, please contact Campus IT as they are the ones who maintain individual user profiles.

  • Users can only be logged in to one device at a time; if you log in to another device, that will result in getting logged out of the previous device.

  • Generally, all the student information is pulled into the Campus App from SIS.

  • Currently, there is no feature available that allows a user to duplicate or merge their account. 

  • Users need to reach out to Community Owner or Campus Admin to access posts in Community. 

  • Please try the following steps to sync the app calendar to your iPhone's calendar:

    • My profile(Tab 5)
    • My Calendar Settings (Top right-hand corner)
    • Scroll down to "Link Calendars to system."
    • Enabled (Should be turned on)
    • Select which calendar items you would want the app the sync to your iOS calendar
