You can post in a community channel on behalf of an organization, service, or orientation program (called a "host").
First you need permission in the organization or service you want to post on behalf of. This is set in Team Settings. For more information, see: Change Team Member Permissions
Then, a channel owner or community manager must add the host to the channel. For more information, see: Add a host to a channel
To engage with the community as that organization or service, click the "Use-As" menu in the Community sidebar, then select the host.
You are now ready to use Campus Cloud to interact with the community on behalf of an organization, service, or orientation program.
As long as you have selected the host in the Use-As menu, posts and comments you make will appear as if they came from the organization or service. For example, they will appear with the organization name, and the image you select for the host's profile will also appear. Or, if students want to learn more about your organization or service, they can tap the host's name to be shown more details.
