Community members can flag posts and comments using the campus app. Campus Cloud lets you see flagged content and take action.
Flagged posts and comments appear with a red flag icon next to them in Campus Cloud. By pointing your mouse cursor at the red flag, you can see a list of who flagged the content.

The red flag appears next to a message in Campus Cloud as soon as one user flags it. Content is hidden from the campus app after 4 people flag it. You can approve content, which removes the flag, and restores the content in the campus app if it is hidden. Once content is approved, if users flag it going forward there is no effect.

Roles and permissions
For you to respond to reported messages by approving or deleting them, roles and permissions need to be configured as follows:
- You need the Community Manager permission, or
- You need to be a moderator or channel owner
