Having a granular view of cases and their status allows you to take actions for confirmed, self-reported or symptomatic cases. You can filter the cases by their status and send instructions to students who are low, medium or high-risk.
To send a notification:
- Log into Campus Cloud, click Contact Trace, then click Exposure Notification
- Create a notification and send it to an individual user or a custom list of users based on status
The case status can be changed automatically when a student completes a form and gets a result and manually when an administrator changes the status. Only you, as an administrator, can set the status as confirmed for cases.
If there are confirmed cases, the system will perform contact tracing on those cases and find other students who might have come into contact with the confirmed status student. You can then use Exposure Notification to notify any students that have been exposed.
For self-reported cases, you can send a Request Health Identifier notification.
