Contact Trace Plus lets you see an overview of COVID-19 cases on campus. You can view individual cases per student or a dashboard view of all the cases and their status.
A case will have one of the following statuses
- Clear
- Symptomatic
- Self-Reported
- Confirmed
- Exposed
To view cases:
- Log into Campus Cloud
- Click Contact Trace, then click Cases
You will see a list of usernames with their status, the last update, and the action taken for that case. One user will have only one case, containing a case activity log which records changes to the case. This holds the history of the user, their statuses, actions taken, and any notes for the case activity.
You can search for a particular case by name or filter by a date range. You can also filter using the “All Cases” dropdown and select cases for a particular status. The mini dashboard on the right shows case counts per status.
You can also download all the cases, including all the case activities associated with it. To do so:
- Click the dropdown next to Cases, then click Download All Cases
This downloads two CSV files that include all case data.
