As a Campus Cloud administrator, you can delete app experiences. This removes the option to select that experience when signing up for an app account. It also removes any custom campus guide tiles you have created in Studio.
Please note that you cannot undo after deleting an app experience.
To delete an app experience:
- Log in to Campus Cloud and click Studio
- Click App Experiences
- Find your experience in the list, then click Edit
- Click Delete Experience
You will be prompted to confirm before deleting the experience.
Users will not need to log in again, but if there are any users in the experience you just deleted, they will be moved to another experience. You can select which one from the menu.
