As a Campus Cloud administrator, you can delete app experiences. This removes the option to select that experience when signing up for an app account. It also removes any custom campus guide tiles you have created in Studio.
Please note that you cannot undo after deleting an app experience.
To delete an app experience:
- Log in to Campus Cloud and click "Studio."
- Find your experience in the list, then click "Edit."
- Click "Delete Experience." You will be prompted to confirm delete and the users will be moved to another experience. You can select an experience to move users to from the dropdown.
- Click "Delete."
You will be redirected to the "App Experiences" page.
