When logging into the Columbia Southern University app, you may see an error message such as:
- Error 500
- Error 505
- A blue screen
There is presently an issue with the Columbia Southern login system. This is blocking users from logging in to the campus app.
Until the issue is resolved, you will not be able to log in to the campus app. As a workaround, you can use the visitor experience to view the campus map, the events list, and the campus guide.
The issue affects Columbia Southern app users only.
The university's IT department is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. There is no ETA.
