As a Campus Cloud administrator, you may be asked to help users who are not able to log in to the campus app.
Students may report an error message such as "The signed-in user [...] is not assigned to a role." These users will not be able to log in the campus app.
CAUSE: The user is not configured correctly within Active Directory (i.e., the user is not assigned to a role).
REMEDY: Campus IT must assign the user to a role within Active Directory. (Unfortunately, Ready Education cannot do this for you, as we cannot access your school's Active Directory.)
RESOLUTION: Once the user has been assigned to a role, they can log in as usual with the username and password provided by the school.
