Campus Cloud Assessment lets you identify things on your campus with a QR code, which students can scan using the campus app. That scan triggers a feedback loop between you and your students. Using that valuable feedback, you can promote a better quality of student life on campus.
With assessment, you can create:
- Events
- Service Providers
Campus Cloud generates a QR code for the event or service provider. Using Campus Cloud, you can view the list of students who check in by scanning the QR code.
You can also request feedback from those students, which they provide using the app. Student feedback appears in Campus Cloud for you to view in real time.

Event, or Service?
Events have a defined start and finish time. Examples of events are a group lunch, a meeting, a weekend camping trip, etc.
Service Providers don't have start and end times. Examples of service providers are a cafeteria, a student counselor, a library, etc.
NOTE: Students can check in to an event once only. Students can check in multiple times to a service provider.

Where do I Find the QR Codes?
For an event:
- Go to Manage > Events.
- Find the event in the list of upcoming events.
- Click "Check-in" then click "Download QR Code" (at the top).
For a service provider:
- Go to Manage > Services.
- Find the service in the list of services, and click its name.
- Under "Assessment," find the service provider in the list.
- Click "Check-in" then click "Download QR Code" (at the top).
Print the QR Code
Print the QR code and display it for students to check in.
You can print multiple copies of the same code.
For your reference, the "Scan" button is found in the campus app at the top right of the campus guide (the app's home screen).
Where do I Find the Ratings and Feedback?
For an event:
- Go to Manage > Events.
- Select "Past Events," then find your event in the list.
- Click the name of the event.
For a service provider:
- Go to Manage > Services.
- Find your service in the list of services, and click its name.
- Under "Assessment," find your service provider in the list.
- For more detailed feedback, click the name of the service provider.
You can download ratings and feedback as CSV files, which you can use in reports and spreadsheets.
