As a Campus Cloud administrator, you can create an audience (a list of students) to send announcements to.
If you create a dynamic audience, the list of people who receive your announcement can change over time based on student characteristics (filters) you determine.
To create a dynamic audience:
- Click Students, then click Audiences
- Click Create Audience
- Type a name for your audience and select "Dynamic" for the type.
- Select a filters, then select values for that filter.
- You can combine filters together by clicking "Add Filter."
- Click "Save."
Your dynamic audience appears in the list. Please note that the audience needs to be updated regularly to keep the list of students up-to-date.
