Your campus app lets you give feedback to events and services you have attended. You can give feedback even if you don't use your campus app to scan the QR code for the event or service.
The event organizer, or the service provider, will use your email address and name to record your attendance at the event. After, you will receive an email prompting you to give feedback. Here are the steps:
- Check your email for a message with the subject "Rate your experience."
- Click "Give Feedback."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to give a rating (1-5 stars).
- You may also be prompted to write a short piece of feedback.
Your rating and feedback are sent to the event organizer or service provider to help them improve in the future.
