Safely reopen your campus using the Vaccination forms. As a Campus Cloud Administrator, you can create a workflow to manage the student vaccinations on your campus. The students fill the Vaccination form, the form results are linked to case statuses on the Campus Cloud and based on the Case Status of a student, a Campus Pass is assigned.
Here are the steps to create a workflow to manage vaccinations on campus:
- Create a vaccination form
- Create case statuses to manage students through the workflow
- Create campus passes for use in the campus app
- Publish the form
- View the results
Create a vaccination form
Use a template to create a simple vaccination form. Or, customize the form with Form Builder. Forms, including the vaccination form, are used to set the case status. To know more about creating forms, visit Create a Vaccination Form from Template and Create a Form from Scratch.
Create case statuses to manage students through the workflow
Now, you can create your own Case Statuses to assign to students. You can take different actions on a case, based on its case status.
Each case status gets a campus pass associated with it. A student who has a particular case status will see that campus pass in the app.
Create campus passes for use in the campus app
Students are assigned a campus pass based on their case status. Campus pass works with QR codes to restrict access to locations on campus.
Publish the form, to the app or the web
As with other forms, use Studio to create a tile linking to the form in the campus guide. Or share the form through the web, by sharing its URL.
You can set a daily reminder for your form.
View the results in Campus Cloud
The Results are visible under Manage Forms, or on the Health & Wellness dashboard.
- Audience or Experience
You can also download results as a CSV file. For more information, see Gain an Overview of COVID-19 on Campus with Health Dashboard.
