Once you have created a Campus Pass, you can associate it with a Case Status. Any student whose case has a particular status will get the associated Campus Pass, which they can view in the campus app. This can be used in conjunction with QR codes to control access to locations around campus.

To associate a campus pass with a case status, first, create the case status and the campus pass. Then, use Campus Settings to assign a campus pass to the case status.
Here are the steps:
- View your Case Status in Campus Settings > Health & Wellness
- Click the pencil icon to edit the Case Status
- In Assigned Campus Pass, choose the Campus Pass you want to associate with this Case Status.

Any student who is assigned the case status (either by completing a form or by having the case status manually assigned) will receive the associated campus pass in the app.
