As a Campus Cloud administrator, you can create a service that will appear in the campus app. Services in the campus app represent services on your campus such as libraries, counsellors, tutors, etc. By creating a service using Campus Cloud, you let students search for the service using the campus app, and you can give them information such as contact information for the service.
Campus Services can also be designated as emergency contacts. There is a special section in the campus app for emergency contacts. For more information, please see: Provide Emergency Contact Information in Campus Guide
To create a service:
- Click Manage, then click Services
- Click Create Service
- Type a name and description for your service
- Click Upload Image to choose an image from your computer
- [Optional] Provide contact information such as a phone number, email address, and website
- Click Save
Your job posting will appear in the jobs tile of the campus guide.
Some things to keep in mind
Turning on Membership and Wall for your Service will create a channel for your service in Community. Students can use the campus app to post in that community channel.
