Using Ready Education Help Center
Seeking assistance from the Ready Education Support and Services is now upgraded and more transparent. Ready Education Help Center can help you in the following ways:
- You can self-serve using the search option on the Ready Education Help Center for easy-to-follow guides, help articles, and troubleshooting tips.
- You can find all your requests & their status in real-time under My Activities when you are signed in. You can add more details or request an update at your convenience.
- Campus Administrators can now subscribe to all the requests from their Campus to gain more visibility into the Campus activities with Ready Education.
If you are experiencing issues that require additional assistance, such as reporting technical issues, request a content update, or a training request, you can do so on the Submit a Request page or using the Contact Us widget.
Using the Campus Cloud
You can contact the Support Team directly from the Campus Cloud by clicking on Help from the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen, and selecting Contact Us.
You can also access helpful how-to's directly from the Campus Cloud by clicking on the Guides and FAQs link under the question mark in the top right of the page.
