As a club owner, you can invite colleagues to Campus Cloud to help you administer your organization.
To invite a colleague to Campus Cloud:
- Log in to Campus Cloud.
- Click your name (top right of the screen), then click "Team Settings."
- Click "Create New Team Member."
- Type the person’s first and last name and provide their email address.
- Use the "Club Owner" menu to grant access to your organization.
- Or, use "Copy my Campus Cloud Permissions" to grant all the same permissions as you, including access to your organization.
- Click "Send Invite."
Your colleague will receive an email invitation to Campus Cloud, where they can help administer your organization.
If the person already has a Campus Cloud account:
- Click your name (top right of the screen), then click "Team Settings."
- Click the person's name in the list of users.
- Use the "Club Owner" menu to grant access to your organization.
- Or, use "Copy my Campus Cloud Permissions" to grant all the same permissions as you, including access to your organization.
- Click "Update."
