As a Service Executive, you can update the information about your service that is shown to students in the campus guide.
To edit your service information:
- Click on "Manage" then click on "Services."
- Locate your service in the list, and click its name to go to Service Info.
- Click “Edit.”
- The Edit Service page will be displayed, allowing you to edit details such as name, email address and website.
- Once you have finished editing, click “Save.”
You will see now see the updated service information. Your new information will also appear to students in the campus guide.
To turn on Assessment for your service:
- In Edit Service, turn on the "Assessment" toggle.
- Add at least one service provider. See "Create a Service Provider."
To delete a service:
- Click on "Manage" then click on "Services."
- Locate your service in the list, and click on the X at the end of the service row.
- Confirm delete.
To disable a Service's wall and membership:
- Click on "Manage" then click on "Services."
- Locate your service in the list, and click its name to go to Service Info.
- Click “Edit.”
- Go to "Membership and Wall" and select Disable.
- Click “Save.”
